Num bum, and pain in coccyx

I am periodically getting a num sensation all over the upper area of my bum and lower back on the coccyx area, especially after baths for some reason. It's not painful but is very strange its like my bum and lower back is asleep and has a tingling sensation all at the same time. Has anyone had this before? or have any idea? I am 14 weeks with 3rd baby. Thanks all.

Your uterus is just coming out of the pelvis and may be pushing on your sacrum which for some reason is not adapting to your pregnancy posture. I suggest that you visit an osteopath. Lying in a bath will aggravate it as it is a terrible posture for your lower back and it is on a hard surface

Oh I see I had a look at what my sacrum is on google and that is exactly where the num feeling is. Thanks :) Its a shame though as I do find baths great for easing other pregnancy pains just not a good thing if having one is causing a new one.
