32 weeks along and today out of no where I have had a real fierce ache 'down there'! More a bone ache than muscular. Feel like some one has kicked me!! Is this pelvis loosening???

Probably - though look up SPD / pelvic girdle pain for advice on how to stop it getting worse. Ice pack can help, also keep knees together when getting up/down, into cars, etc. If it gets really bad call MW and demand referral to obstetric physio, or try an osteopath, but hopefully if you've got to 32 weeks already it won't be too bad.

Get in & out of cars like Lady Di - knees together - imagine a v.short skirt & no pants IYSWIM. Try & rest. I found it would mostly fade after 36 to 48 hours of semi-rest but would flare up if I did any lifting or awkward carrying of stuff. Hope it feels better soon.

Ouch, poor you, I had this, walking up/down stairs and getting out of bed was agony. Apparently it should make for an easier birth(?)

All for an easier birth!!!
