I am a student midwife currently in my 3rd year of training.
I am attempting to undertake my own research looking at the relationship between mothers and midwives, I aim to find out exactly what it is a mother looks for in her midwife (both before, during and after birth) and also to collect stories that remind midwives why they went into this wonderful job in the first place.
