Avent microwave steriliser - can anyone help?

Ive got the one I had for DS1, 5 years ago, and have lost the instructions and im trying to fit 4 dr brown bottles (and all the rest of the bloody things) in it and cant! Does anyone else have a clue?

What are you struggling with? The book doesn't give exact decisions on how to 'fill', you just shove it all in, chuck half a cup of water in and nuke for 6 minutes.

Agree with AlpinePony! We're using one at the moment, but only for a breast pump and one bottle. I just try to arrange it so it looks like the steam created in the microwave can circulate. I put the bottle and the teats opening downwards (so the steam rises up into the teat and the bottle, IYSWIM) in the little circle bits of the blue shelf bit - does that make sense?!!
