Sleeps through night, do I need to express, will I lose my milk?

I know there are many posts on BF but I couldn't find one that covered my question.

My DD is now three months old and sleeping a good 7 - 8 hours during the night. I am wondering if going this long without BF will reduce my supply, does anyone know?

Now that I am going 7-8hours without BF during the night do I have to express during that time to keep my supply up?

Your supply will adjust naturally to how baby is feeding. If your baby isn't feeding through the night then you don't need to express because you don't need the extra milk. There is no need for you to do anything.

Nope! Just enjoy a good night's sleep! Grin (My LO slept 8.5-11hrs a night from Day 5 and 11mths on, I'm still producing more than enough milk - it's all about supply and demand.)
