A nipple cream which is good when breastfeeding, other than Lansinoh? I used that last time but didn't find it any help and have since read that Lanolin can make some peoples nipples more sore. I really want to get off to a good start with feeding this time so any advice is greatly received.

Some people are allergic to the lanolin in lansinoh I think. Other mnetters sometimes recommend Kamillosan, or you can use a bit of breastmilk rubbed over the nipple after feeding.

Good luck.

I have always used Kamillosan.
It's great as a lip balm and on dry skin, yours and babys and also for nappy rash.
