My period was due yesterday, it arrived (v.lightly) and then vanished. I do have some slight pains but hardly painful. I have 2 dcs and have been lucky to have never experienced a mc, so I'm not really sure what the signs are? Sorry if my post is a little disjointed! Thanks x

could be implantation bleeding? Have you taken a pg test?

Have you done a pregnancy test?

IME in a mc you lose a lot of blood, more than a period anyway, so your light bleeding sounds like a strange period (people get them sometimes) if you're not pg, or an implantation bleed if you are. Do a test!

Thank-you, you are a wise bunch! Will be doing a test shortly and nervously... I'm 39 and to say that is unplanned is a huge understatement.....
