Pasteurized Juice

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone can help me determine what juices/juice brands are pasteurized? I've been trying to figure this out but a lot of juices/juice brands don't indicate this on their product. Thanks!

On another note I think I am getting my first cold of my pregnancy (currently at 13 weeks) :(

I don't know the answer to your question, but why do juices need to be pasturised???

I thought pretty much all juice sold (in supermarkets ect) was pasturized.

Long-life stuff will be pasteurized, fresh stuff probably not. Look for juice drinks rather than juice in the fresh stuff isle.
But why..?

Surely this isn't something else pregnant women are expected to avoid as well? Fresh juice?

It's only milk and certain cheeses that the need to be pasteurised is recommended, AFAIK juice is perfectly fine.

Hi all , what orange juice is pasteurised I was told to only drink stuff that’s pasteurised ?
