Am 27 weeks pregnant with ID twins on first pregnancy - noticed some pain in my right breast last night and have been awake since the early hours with one swollen and very sore breast leaking LOTS of colostrum. It feels like i have a really inflamed area under the skin above my nipple - is this normal?Or could i have some sort of blocked duct/irritation? Or is it my body simply preparing quite early for what is to come?and if so, then how come only one breast?!
My breasts have leaked a little on and off for weeks - but this seems odd to me as one is pouring and the other breast has nothing! I'm also surprised at how sore i am!
Any advise appreciated!
