really anxious about the 20 week scan

I have my scan next week and I am so nervous, it's baby no.5 . I have had no real movements and really scarred. Does every one feel like this or it only me? I think my worst nightmare if being told there is no heartbeat. I think I am going to be like this all the way through.

Having 20 week scan next week with second child. 1st DC hardly moved during the WHOLE pregnancy (luckily I was utterly naive and didn't know this was quite abnormal!) and have had one or two flutters with this one. Don't panic and stop worrying.

Ditto. mine's tomorrow.
