Are those holding it all in tights ok to wear in pregnancy? 13 wks and trying to hide belly.

Well I wore them all day and couldn't wait to get them off when I got home! At least it kind of hid my bump at work... 13 weeks can I keep hiding til 20?!
Sure it can't hurt...
