I'm 6 months pregnant and no matter how much we try to reassure our dd aged 7 that we are still going to love her and treasure her when the new baby arrives, she is feeling very anxious that she is going to be pushed out. We have not had quite the reaction we thought/hoped we would when we told her she is going to have a new brother or sister. After 7 years of being our number 1, she is understandably feeling a bit jealous that things are going to be quite different. Can anyone recommend any books that we can read together to help her understand that we will still love her dearly.
