If you breastfeed do you need a steriliser?

You might need one for a breast pump if you need to express at all, but if youre not going to be sterilising much you could always just get some sterilising tablets and do cold water sterilising if you need to?

Breast pumps sometimes come with a box to sterilise in anyway so id check that out too if you do buy one! :)
