blood tests

i have an irrational phobia of blood tests! I dislike needles in general but can cope with injections however i really cannot face having a blood test, i have now tried 3 times to have it done and just cannot do it! anyone suggest anything i can try to get these bloods done?! xxx

Probably not as bad as you but have been known to need a lie down. I found that by the end of my 1st pregnacy it had got a bit better. It is down to who is doing it.

That said I couldn't look at the epidural needle in antenatal class and have even managed to have an amnio.

I've found everyone I've encountered to be very understanding.
