pre period pregnancy symptoms?

We dtd when I was due to ovulate and I'm not due on for another week have back ache and stomach cramps also have sore breasts. Is this just a build up to my period? Surely too early for preg symptoms?

The annoying thing is pregnancy symptoms and pre-period symptoms are pretty much the same! :( Only thing you can do is hold tight and wait.

I had IVF, so slightly different but 10 days post transfer I had a migraine (only the second migraine I've had in my life) which made me physically sick too. Two days later I then had another migraine. I thought we might have got lucky and sure enough 3 days later I got my BFP.

But as babycarmen says - it is all too easy to mistake pre menstrual symptoms as early pregnancy symptoms, especially when before you started TTC you probably wouldn't have paid that much attention to what your body was doing!

I agree, at the beginning it's like building up for a period that never comes. The only big difference for me was that my nipples got bigger. After I noticed that, I decided I thought I was pregnant.

Thanks well my boobs are sore and I keep going dizzy feel sick and have an awful taste in my mouth but only time will tell going to be a long week.

Ive been having stomach cramps that feel like period pain - they've been going on for a week now and I only found out I was pg 9 days ago so possible signs. Aparently its normal pains nothing to worry about x

For me the first symptoms were a really strong sense of smell - things like exhaust fumes really stink. But I know several people who have had a strong metallic taste in their mouths as an early symptom.

Hi, I'm literally about one week pregnant and have had period-like cramps and sore nipples (not boobs though) from about two days after i ovulated. So fingers crossed for you!

Really hope I'm getting some signs thought it may be too early. But I've been using digital ovulation vests and dtd when I hot my smile so really hoping for a bfp on Fri
