What does a 12 week scan look like?

Have just had an email form someone with a picture of her scan at 12 weeks , but tbh it looks like my 20ish week scan (clearly visible face shape, nose, palate, lower jaw, spine, limbs etc) Am I just forgetting or is this how they look at 12 weeks?

Yeah mine was great too! By 20wks they're all spine!

I was stunned by the amount of detail we could see at ds2's 12-week scan, but you can't actually see much on the photo.

my ex-boss showed me his (as he had his on his computer table) and we compared it.. his was so blurry and mine was sharp
