Anyknow know what you can and can't take for a chesty cough...so tempted to take a good dose of benelin but warning 'consult doctor if pregnant'.
Before heading into chemist at 9..any ideas to make me feel human again..have taken paracetomol but doesn't really help chest...TIA

i rang my doctor recently with a bad chesty cough,i was 34 weeks. he said sudafed was ok and benylin, but to keep to simple mixtures if possible like honey and glycerin. he told me not to take lemsip and beechams type cold remedies. i think it might depend aswell on what stage you are in your pregnancy so best to check with the doc.
