Hi all,
I'm 35+2 and am starting o the RLT...I got the loose leaf tea from neals yard remedies but they couldn't give me any info (they've been told not to advise pregnant women on the specifics!). Anyone know how long I should infuse it for? Yesterday I gave it 5 mins and it just tasted like green tea...anyone know?

I ignored the instructions (I think its a few minutes) and really brewed mine for 20+ minutes! It worked though, I went into labour a week early and had a very quick birth :)

Thanks-was that with the neals yard tea as I know they all have different strengths..?

No mine was another brand (can't remember which one).

Doesn't matter, doesn't do a bloody thing anyway... >>may be slightly bitter emoticon

Trina I overdid mine, didn't make the labour start any earlier (mine seem to come the day before I'm due to "discuss options with the consultant"), but it was quick, missed the whole of first stage, and nearly had the baby several times before the hospital. The hospital was turning mothers away, but not me that night.

Drank it exclusively for the final four weeks of last pregnancy. Labour was 70 hours, got sent home twice...
