I'm only 16 weeks but Im getting awful headaches every day for the past week or so.

I'm trying to drink lots of water and have only been taking paracetamol, but its really starting to get me down.

Any ideas or help anyone?

Oh I am really sorry. I had migraines for 8 weeks, they stopped at week 16 (THANK GOODNESS, they were AWFUL) and now I have bad headaches every day. Better than migraines, as at least I can more or less function (I mean, I can now get out of bed which is a start!!) and try and do some work. But I feel your pain. Drinking lots is good. So is eating something first thing in the morning if you wake up with a headache. Eating regularly is important (at least every 2 hours) - I have lots of fruit and veg on hand ready to snack on. Relaxing is VERY important, I think yoga and meditation are good. Nothing is actually working for me, but these things all help me to manage. Also, try and go to bed half an hour earlier than usual and try as getting a lot of sleep can also help.

p.s. note that none of these things get rid of the headaches but they can help you to manage them and keep them moderate as opposed to severe.

If I get a headache I have found a can of fat coke really helps. Has to be a can though. Found this before pregnancy & is very helpful now that painpills are off limits.

Yes I went through this and came from about 12-16 weeks. Midwife told me they usually go at about 16 weeks so fingers crossed for you. That said, some get them through pregnancy, hope you're not one.
