Natal hypnothereapy - no little book

So I won the CDs on eBay but only a couple of them had a booklet (3 little pages) inside the cd case, not the 26 Page book I was expecting to come with the 4cd set.

I asked the seller whether the little booklet was with it before I bought it and she said yes!!! Ggggrrrrr what's with some of the CDs isn't what I meant!!!! :((

Am I missing out??

Do I need the booklet?

I've got the effective birth preparation book on order, the big one.

Help!!

I've just dug out my booklet and can honestly say you're not missing much. The CDs make perfect sense without it.

I've just got the one cd (?) and the booklet with that isn't vital.

Am wondering weather i should order the big book...
