I'm 37 weeks and seem to have developed small patches of dry skin. One near my elbow, my back and my thighs. Have used cream and bathed in olis but it still seems dry.
Normal pregant thng do you think?
Anyone else?

Normal pg thing I would think - I've got a few patches too and did have with my other two. My first midwife told me it's just where all the goodness is going stright to your baby instead of to you

That's what I presumed, good to know though. Sorry you had dry patches but glad it's not just me iykwim
Cheers Zephyrcat.

Oh god I am soo dry and flaky it's quite horrid! I have dry skin anyway sojust assumed it is an extension of that plus the cold weather. I have resorted to covering myself in E45 cream day and night and the only thing that really works in the really dry patches is 'Elizabeth Arden 8 hour cream'........expensive but a godsend!

And now I've started thinking about it my back has started to itch! LOL

I had really dry skin in both pregnancies but only on my face I used Lancome nutrix cream. It was brilliant.
