this is possibly a stupid question, but i have been woken up by nausea/indigestion for the last two nights: this is normal, right - for it to be bad enough to wake you up, i mean? i don't remember this happening last time... i'm 20 weeks, incidentally.

I'm 23 weeks and when I wake up for a wee I always have heartburn. I tend to have the gavison in the loo so I can achieve both goals in one trip.

I would say if it's stopping you sleeping it might be worth talking to someone (medical) to suggest other remedies (except dreamy gaviscon and propping yourself up in bed) to sleep through.

thanks katy - i guess it's time to start post-midnight gaviscon swilling, then... hopefully it's a temporary blip...
