IVF/ICSI - Tilted uterus anyone?

Hi,

I'm having ET tomorrow and have a new worry (to add to the list!)...Confused

I'm one of the 10% of women with a tilted uterus and am now convinced that ET will be too tricky and won't work because of it.

Anyone else who's got a wonky one and has had successful IVF/ICSI, please reassure me!

Thanks so much Smile

I do not BUT just did IVF and was nonplussed as to how they could get embryo in right place. They used ultrasound to position and a very full bladder. Your RE will have loads of experience so you need to just lie there, relax and try to think good egg burrowing thoughts.
Good luck Grin

Thanks Topaz, I think the reason that people are told to have a full bladder is because most people aren't wonky and the water gets their bladders into a good position but I'm worried that my full bladder could make it even trickier....think I'm just having crazy day before the big event worries and if it wasn't this it'd be something else!!! Blush. Will def take your egg burrowing thoughts advice, thanks again Smile.

Hi Kool,

I have a tilted uterus and I had no problems at all with ET... infact she's now 3.5!

All will be fine I'm sure. Good luck!!
