At my 16 week check which was actually at 17 and a half weeks they tried and failed to find a heart beat with the doppler.
Well failed in hearing it but the midwife said she had picked it up and turned the monitor towards me that showed 191.
I didnt think anything of it at the time but getting home and looking at average heart rates this seems extremely high.
Thing is i can only find info on heart rates that are too low and not too high.
Should I be worrying? I wont have another appointment til 28 weeks now which is ages away apart from the scan.
