pain in lower abdomen

Hello, just wondering if anybody has experienced painful cramping in lower abdomen whilst walking? its been happening for a few weeks now, have had scan but shows everything is fine with baby which is good but just puzzling! im 23.5 btw! xx

I have had a few cramps and put it down to stretching of the muscles down there as there is a lot of new pressure down there from the baby. Could also be the position. At least you are reassured that baby is ok :)

Is it cramping as in period pains or more superficial? I had A LOT of muscle pain around that time but it was due to stretching, like Ivor said. Osteopath helped a lot to get rid of it.
