Where can you get tested for Group B Strep

Just wondering where i can get tested for group b as i know the nhs dont test for it here.

Try the doctors laboratory - get a pack from them, self swab and send off with fee of £32 , results by text a few days later

The nhs tested me, I kept having uti's so they took a swab and it was positive. Have you discussed it with your mw?

yeah i asked the midwife and she said they dont rountinely test for it on the nhs as you can test positive one week and not another!!, which is weird i think as its such a dangerous bacteria not to be checked for. i had my first baby in ireland and was swobed at week 37/38 i think so just wanted to get it done here again too. thanks for the links ladies.
