It is rather on the mild side, but it does feel like (TMI alert) all thats missing is the blood?

well if you're five days late you need too POAS! you'd be far enough along to get a conclusive result!

I've had lower back pain and cramping for two weeks now and still no baby lol

Yep sounds like things are starting! I had period type cramps which gradually got stronger!

The period pains have stopped but I am getting cramp in my lower back that comes and goes every couple of minutes, it reaches a point and then recedes again if that makes sense?

I want her to stay in there till at least tommorow night as I am moving tommorow (long story, short notice move!)
