My oh is very keen to have one thinks if we don't we might regret missing the opportunity.

They seem to cost between £95-£220 though the £125/£145 looks best.

I'm now 20weeks, we do have another normal scan at 34 weeks due to a low lying placenta.

Any experiences?

WWYD?

We've got our 20week scan today, and have decided that we'll only pay for a private scan if for what ever reason we can't find out the sex today. That way we're justifying it to ourselves...

I do have a colleague who got caught in the trap of paying for the scans - having got one for DC1, she then felt she had to for DD2 just to be fair.
