Does anyone else get quite painful stitches when they walk anymore than a few feet even quite slowly?? I'm only 20 weeks!

I'm 24+1 and I get stitch quite a lot, mostly at the very bottom of my bump. I don't get it all the time but when I do get it it's very painful and takes quite a while to go away. I've not found anything that works to get rid of it except just standing/sititng still until it goes.

i get them and i am only 17 weeks... i convinced myself it was an elbow... even though i know it isnt lol... but i dont understand how i can get a stitch that doesn't go when i am walking very slowly as i have spd!!
