Remind me-what gets written down for how far engaged?

Five days over. Saw midwife today and we didn't really talk about how far the baby's head was engaged. And it's the first time it's not been free so can't compare. Do they write how much of the head is in the pelvis, or how much they can feel?

Should say she wrote it but we didn't talk about it!

How much they can feel outside of the pelvis.
