Ctg monitoring-which trace shows tightenings?

Just come back from monitoring session at hospital. Should know this, but which trace shows tightenings?

On mine it was the bottom one which was fairly constant unlike the top one - baby's heartbeat which spiked every time the little one gave a kick.

Yep, band over the bump. Think I've worked it out now-and the spends are higher than they were a week ago. Wonder if there's a proper difference between how meaningless braxton hicks look and proper going somewhere contractions? Am two days over so would love it if heading somewhere. No hurry though!
