Arnica tablets

Anyone know when you start tablets arnica tablets before a c section and how many? Section is on Monday.

I am bumping for you as I would like to know too.

Anyone know??

I am not sure if this is relevant but I have had those little arnica bubbles you get at the health shops before cosmectic surgery.

I started 3 weeks before the date. I was taking the recommended dose.

I wasn't pregnant though ;o)

I think it's just a day or two to get it in the system. I went into labour unexpectedly (expected as I was pregnant but a bit early) so I took them straight after.
