I'm 22+2 with my first and am very clueless over lots of things still!
Would a sling be worth getting?
Did/do you use one a lot?
Has anyone any recommedations?
Thanks for any advice Smile

i never got the hang of stretchy wraps.

used my wilkinet all the time when babies were tiny (from 3 days old for my second) - they are pretty cheap new compared to some of the others but you can pick them up even cheaper on ebay.

then a woven wrap - still using it with my 18 month old and distributes the weight so well that it doesn't hurt your back. i've got an ellaroo which is rather juggler's trousers.

i sit somewhere in the middle of the lentil weaving/designer grooming spectrum and found the sling meet i went to friendly, but odd.
