I'm 18 weeks and have had stomach ache on and off for the past few weeks. It's not cramps and I'm not worried it's anything serious but it's just really annoying and I just wondered if anyone had the same and what causes it?
I'm thinking it's just growing pains? I have my midwife appt Monday anyway but anyone with any comments would be much appreciated.
