Yucky taste in mouth

Can anyone help? I have a horrible taste in my mouth that is there most of the time. It is only temporarily relieved by brushing my teeth or eating a mint, but then returns worse than ever. I am 28 weeks pregnant and the only other symptom I have had is acid reflux which I take gaviscon for.
Any tips greatfully received

Have your gums been bleeding as well? It might be because of that, corsodyl mouthwash might help if thats whats causing it.

for me chewing almonds to pulp and also chewing white bread helped.
it stopped at around 3 months for me.

Chewing gum has been the only thing to help me. I had it early on and it is back again now at 39 weeks. Eating relieves it onl to make it 10 times worse afterwards. I have learnt to live with it. Hopefully won't be too bad for you x

this is the only symptom I've really had so far have had it since 5 weeks and some days its worse than others I'm told its very common and mouthwash and gum is the way to go. Obviously if u haven't been to dentist recently I'd go to rule out gum disease but this isn't uncommon

I had this for the first three months and only occasionally now (20 weeks). Same with my first pregnancy. The only things that took the taste away longer than 5mins were Trident chewing gum and mouth wash. I did find that salt and vinegar crisps were pretty good.

You have my sympathies, I've had that this pregnancy and it's vile. What worked best for me was a cup of hot water and lemon juice with a dash of orange juice (same way you'd put milk in tea). You could also try bicarb dissolved in water but the lemon juice and water thing usually knocked it on the head for a few hours for me.
