I have heard of this fantastic organisation call Parents1st who train volunteers (who are also mums) to support women throughout pregnancy, labour/birth and untill the baby is 6weeks old. 
I would have loved to have had this kind of support when I was pregnant so i just wanted to let people know about it.
They are also going to be on TV on ITV london between 6-6.30 on 29th June as they are in the running for a peoples millions award. If they win peoples votes they will recieve £60,000 to carry on supporting expectant parents in basildon.
