Hi everyone and thn aks for taking the time to read this.

I suffered with SPD in pg1 from around 7 months and had to wear the belt and relax etc. It disappeared after dd was born but now in my 2nd pg (I am now 15.5 wks) the top of my vagina is hurting again - similar pain (but not as bad) as before. I am worried that SPD is returning (i was told by a friend that it might).

Is 15 weeks too early for SPD to occur - does anyone know of any good websites as I haven't been able to ind any.

I discovered I was pregnant again BECAUSE of my SPD returning and I was 6 weeks pregnant.
My best addvice is to get it seen by an osteopath soon... the sooner you get it treated the less pain you have to endure.
Good luck as it is a real pain !!!

I am back at docs tomorrow as sick note ended and he wants to look at how my HG is. Will mention it then. I am in agony today - has come on all at once over the last 2 days.

helsi, I have spd too & a physio friend of mine said that walking backwards is less painful than forwards. Of course, totally impractical for most of the time but it can help around the house.
