I'm now 26wks pregnant and have been drinking a fair amount of tonic water, not every day, but at least one, 4-5 days a week of late! there seem to be varied opinions about whether it is OK or not? does anyone else know....

I asked doc about it because I was having the odd glass to help with cramp. She said it's in such small quantity it's fine. I think if you were having several bottles a week it's prob not the best plan but a glass every couple days doesn't sound excessive.

I went through a phase of having a couple of glasses a day at around 16 weeks, so I do hope so.
