Natal Hypnotherapy Question

Hi

Is anyone out there using natal hypnotherapy to help with with childbirth?

I'm just wondering if there is anything for partners to listen to or join in with.

I'm trying to decide whether to use a friend's offer of an Easibirthing course for the both of us as sessions, OR do natal alone.

Thanks in advance.

Emma

The actual natal hypnotherapy course is for partners too - it was really fab for my DH, lots of stuff on how to be supportive during labour. The book also has a whole section for birth partners.

Hi Emma I haven't really looked into it yet but I've heard it's v important you do it together, as you'll need your OH to keep you on track on the day. I noticed there's a couple of threads about natal hypnotherapy on the childbirth boards.
