can my baby sleep in a carrycot from a pram overnight or do i need a moses basket, crib or cot as well?

Babies can sleep in a carry cot overnight. Sometimes you're told to get an upgraded mattress for overnight sleeping. I haven't and baby button will be spending overnights in the carry cot.
