Looking into getting one of these as having real trouble with my hips. Plan to see midwife too but can't get appointment yet. Am i being thick, seen sizing guide but what am i measuring (hips, bump?)

To be honest bit of waste of money if hips are bad as it won't do much. The type a physio gives you is so much better. The shop ones are a too thin not tight enough bit if elastic.
Sorry. Get onto midwife or gp for physio Referal asap

Thanks MayDayChild - will do that then, no point in wasting money, was just getting desperate yesterday (not too bad in the morning but int eh afternoon I could have cried they hurt so much)
