Blood flow to baby

Hi all. I'd appreciate some advice. I had my 22-week scan yesterday and the baby seems fine and the measurements were good and everything. But as the doctor was printing our report, she said they would like to keep an eye on the growth by scanning every four weeks for the last three months because of decreased blood flow from me to the baby. She said I shouldn't worry and they'll keep an eye on it but it's hard not to. Has anyone had any experience of this? Is there anything I can do to help increase the blood flow? I'm doing my very best to sleep on my left-hand side pretty much through the night but is there anything else? I'd love to be able to finally relax and enjoy this pregnancy...
