Pregnant and Moving to Norfolk, help & advice please!

hello

I'm moving to South Norfolk, Long Stratton in July and my due date is 07/01/12. But i'm moving from North West London and have no idea of maternity services / hospitals in the area :( sooooooooooo please can I have some advice as a heads up before I register with my new GP??? :)

I am not from that area but moved myself at start of pregnancy. Just registered at local Dr for start and got on midwife list. Met neighbours all who told me about a much nicer Dr a bit further away so compared the two and moved to the new one but kept midwife as she looks after all the little villages here. Hope people local to where you are going can help and good luck with the move x

The Norfolk and Norwich hospital us very good but very busy.

Thanks candr just getting myself all worked up as there are so many services where I live now and I feel out of my depth in a new area. Thanks CT have heard the care in labour if fab at N&N but to try and not get admitted onto the wards lol!!

I was in side ward and the care was fine at the n & n
