It is normal to feel a bit like you are about to come on. Have you got children already? It can feel worse in subsequent PGs. It is your womb stretching and changing shape. If you are able to carry on as normal and you have no other signs like bleeding then I'm sure everything is okay. Try not to worry

yep, normal. congratulations.

Yes it is normal to have crampy A/F type sensations in early pregnancy.

Jersey CONGRATULATIONS!!! So happy for you And so quick....
I had pains and cramps for a couple of weeks early on like AF was coming. I was my first sign in both pregnancies and nothing to worry about.

i had this, jersey. supposedly, it is ligaments stretching. i had it while walking or when sitting in a certain position.

muppet3 · 14/11/2005 18:06

Hi Jersey - I keep being told it's totally normal. I've had them on and off for 4 weeks now, and have just been popping the odd paracetemol when they feel too bad.

beansprout · 14/11/2005 18:09

I had it too. Was terrified and kept running to the loo but it was fine. Congratulations!

Yes think so! There's a lot going on in there!

Thanks, first it celebration as you get the BFP then you worry about the chance of miscarriage! Roll on 12 weeks.

When I was 6 weeks, I ended up at the hospital with chronic pains, and it turned out to be nothing. Sure all will go well.x
