Should I have a curry even though I have WICKED heartburn?

My theory is that i am in massive pain with bad acid reflux anyway and while I dont subscribe to the "curry brings on labour" theory (am 40+5), I really really fancy a shami kebab followed by a rogan josh!

But would I just be asking for trouble?!

I've been to the doc with reflux this week and he said reflux is not caused by any particular foods but by hormones, so go for it!

Well I went for it and ate

half a shami kebab, half apopodom and a bit of nan bread and was full!

Good for DH who is now doing a Mr Creosote impression with the last bit of curry :o
