kalms in early pregnancy

Hi I am wondering if anyone one has ever taken Kalms in early pregnancy. I have just found out im pregnant and have taken Kalms over the past few weeks as Ive been having a really tough time. I am now panicing as Im worried I may have harmed the baby. Has anyone else been in this position and got any advice?

Read the leaflet you get with them or the side of the box? Most medicines say wether they're sutible for pregnant women or not.

If its says they should'nt be taken during pregnancy, I wouldnt worry too much, some women go months without realising theyre pregnant and carry on as normal.
