What does this mean? Does it mean how much the baby is engaged? In my hospital notes, I saw my MW on 6th may, and relation to brim on that date says 4/5, and when I went on friday 20th she has written 2/5. I'm confused. Can someone please explain what it means properly?

it's how much head she can feel over the brim of your pelvis

so 4/5 means she can feel 4/5 of the babies head

2/5 means she can only feel 2/5... this is good, means baby is moving down and the head is engaging

Aaahh I seeeee. I was confused because I thought 4/5 was more engaged, not less. So just to clarify, 5/5 isn't really engaged at all, and 0/5 is fully engaged?
