Acid reflux? what is it!!

In my family we have a phrase for 'being a bit sick in your mouth'. I've started getting this A LOT (I'm 15+6) recently.

Can anyone confirm that this is what acid reflux feels like? I feel a bit daft getting out the milk etc if it's not the same thing!!

Yep, that is it.

Sometimes may also come with burning sensation in your throat

It happens when the sphincter between your gullet and stomach softens due to the hormones which are softening all ligaments (so you can stretch) so acid comes out and up your gullet.

It sounds like you might have a touch of it. If it becomes painful get on the gaviscon (which you can get on free prescription).
