Need some reassurance - 30w and in pain

I know I'm probably being completely paranoid but yesterday I went for a longish walk and for the first time in ages didn't "feel" pregnant - it was easy to walk, no pain and almost didn't feel like the bump was there anymore.
When I got home though the SPD pains kicked back in and all felt "normal" (for 30weeks) again.
Overnight I started to panic a bit though as baby didn't seem to be moving much so I poked and prodded a bit and got some responses which reassured me.
However, today the pain is much, much worse - right across my lower back and on the lower right side of my bump as well as at the top of my legs and across the pubic bone. I can barely walk, my bump is really tight and the pain is literally taking my breath away.
I just went to the toilet in the hope that the stabbing pain in my cervix might be relieved by emptying my bladder but there was barely anything to pass, but when I stood up afterwards some very watery, creamy CM came out (sorry for TMI). I just lost it and started sobbing as I'm convinced there's something wrong now. Baby has been moving fine all day though so think I'm just being completely paranoid. And maybe tired from lying awake worrying. And I think I'm getting a cold - hot flushes, shivers and dry throat.
Should I be worried by this combination of things or should I just be glad that I have a physio appointment tomorrow which will be treating some of the pain and stop worrying?!

Call your midwife to get checked out if you are stressing out!

Mini call your GP or midwife - you might well have a UTI or other infection and should get it checked out. Simple enough to get your urine sample checked and might be a weight off your mind.
