I keep getting little gurgles in my lower stomach region. then again it could be digestion!!

Did anyone else feel movement early in their second pg?

My sister told me she could feel movement at errr 12 weeks!! I remember vaguely that I could feel movement with dd1 at 15 weeks and really panicked when I felt nothing with dd2 till 20 weeks.... so you could be feeling movement already.

hee hee i hope it is - makes it seem more real.

Helsi. Yes I had this with ds at around 15 weeks. It was a tickly sensation moving in a vertical line as though he was bouncing on a mini trampoline quite slowly. Scans showed he was transverse then footling breech

I didn't feel a thing with dd (first pg) until 20/21 weeks.

Congrats BTW

I felt movement by 15 weeks with ds2+3.
Rememebr that your stomach muscle won't be a good so that makes it easier to feel them and because it's not your first baby you know what it feels like so you're conscious of it happening, I was anyway.

Calmriver · 15/11/2005 09:10

DD is my first as well

I felt dd2 at 12/13 weeks. I think it's cause you're more aware.

How exciting for you helsi. I can't remember when I felt my later babies but yes it was earlier than the first. I loveed feeling the baby movements throughout my pgs. It was the one really nice thing about being pg I think - no drawbacks as I never really had one who kicked me in an unpleasant way. Feel a bit of you! I am convinced it is when the baby can be felt moving that you start the real bonding process.
